this app keeps freezing on my iphone. never happened before. anyone else have a problem

It is working on my iPhone, but it is taking a little longer to load. I'm running IOS 11.4.1

That used to happen on my iPhone. It was a little old and started working fine when I got a new phone.

It hs happened to me, it used to get stuck on the login.
I have reinstalled it, cancelled the cache and app data with no result. So I went berserk and uninstalled all Disney apps from my phone (I had Disneyland, Shanghai Disneyland and Disneyland Paris apps too) and reinstalled it from scratch. This time it worked, but I don't know which one was causing the issue.
