Here's a description of it:

Fried Herb Cheese - Lightly breaded, served with Toasted French Bread and Fresh Fruit $6.19

SeaSpray..

I love crepes and they look right up my alley at Marrakesh, although I don't see me convincing my family anytime soon to eat there. Can you describe what's in them and on top and basically what it tastes like? Ok, I am obsessing. sorry. I wonder if I can order it to go?

The rest of the meal looks great! :cool1:

Why? She clearly stated in her description that this is the part of the meal that she loved. :confused3

I've also heard it referred to as fried "boursin" cheese, whatever that is. :confused3 It's yummy though!

Love the pics. I’m salivating all over my keyboard. I can’t wait until our trip.

Thanks for taking the time to take pictures and post together with your reviews

Was the mint teach in Morrocco made with real mint to flavor it, or with a syrup flavoring and mint as a garnish? Does anyone know if this tea is available in other places in Morrocco (besides the TS restaurant)? I would like to try it, but Morrocco is not on our TS agenda this time around.

Can you fill me in on the waffles at Ohana's? Are they always there or was this something special. We had reservations at Ohana's but when I read the menu at allearsnet there didn't seem to be much that DS or I would like to eat. I pictured us making an entire meal of bacon and maybe fruit, which didn't sound so great. But waffles, bacon and fruit -- that's a meal I can handle, especially if it means hanging out with Stitch!

Also, that fried Boursin cheese looks divine! Someone asked what Boursin is -- it's not really that different from the garlic and herb cream cheese you can get at a nice bagel shop -- it's a little drier and slightly crumbly, and maybe the garlic taste is a little stronger. And of course it costs more because it's French :lmao: Anyway, it's delicious!

Boursin cheese is a garlic and herb flavored soft spreadable cheese (not a cheese spread, though) that you can find in most grocery stores. "Alouette" cheese is similar but Boursin has a better flavor.

I did notice that it *used* to be called "Fried Boursin Cheese" but now the "Boursin" name has been removed. Maybe Boursin became too expensive and they are using a cheaper but similar style cheese now? Like Alouette? Anyone know?

Great pics and reviews by the way! Love it! :goodvibes

Keep it coming. This is great.

The pics add the perfect touch. Great idea. Thanks for taking the time to post them. You're getting me excited about our upcoming trip with Free Dining!

Boursin cheese is a slightly firmer Philadelphia style cheese, but in a round form... it is gorgeous with some french bread ....yummy.

DH and I shared the Crepes Atlas for dessert. This was a nice, light ending to a wonderful meal:

Thanks for the review and pictures. Were Lilo and Stitch the only characters at Ohana?

pictures w/ reviews... thanks seaspray! YUMMY, you made me so hungry this morning...
I love the dessert pics that you took! :thumbsup2

Boursin also makes yummy mashed potatoes. Just whip it into the potatoes for a delicious and rich version of potatoes.

I agree with the expensive part. I think one little package here cost $7 or so.

Can't wait to try the fried version. Thanks for posting all the pictures.
