my dd10 - which kids group??

My DD is just turned 10 this week. Should I put her into the club for 10-12 s ??

I am just a bit worried that she may be looked upon as a bit young by the older kids and left out.

Would the younger group be too young??

Any input would be gratefully received. ( I do worry too much............)

My son (12 this time & 10 last time) LOVED the lab last time but was bored with it this time. He feels the clubs border on the younger side.

I think she'll be fine in the 10-12 group. DD11 had a great time in the 10-12 group and met lots of friends who's ages spanned the range. She also made friends with some of the 9yos in the 8-9 group. The 8-9s and the 10-12s spend part of each day together so she'll get to be with kids in both groups.

I guess I would say this. If she is a "young" 10 (less mature than her peers at school, etc.) then maybe the 8-9 group would be better. If, however, she gets along well with kids her own age she'll do fine in the 10-12s.
