I lost my father 13 years ago and I know how hard this is. Knowing that he is in heaven helps, but it doesn't keep you from missing him. You will always miss your father, but the pain gets less sharp as time goes by. For now, just try to get through one day at a time. Feel free to PM if you need someone to talk to.
