My DS and I have been faithfully saving our coke caps. We recently redeemed our rewards for the Diddy Kong Racing for Nintendo DS. The coke rewards website said Diddy Kong Racing was shipped 7/6. Well today, a package comes with New Super Mario Bros. This is not the reward we requested.
I can not find a phone number on the coke rewards website. I was able to send an email. I received a reply that they "will investigate my report".
Has this happened to anyone else? My DS is so disapointed.
