She came to me this morning with the most adorable teddy bear cookies I have ever seen. She tells me that she ordered 30 of them and was that going to be enough for everyone. Our guest list is at 24 with a couple of maybes so I tell her that should be plenty. She also told me she canceled the cake she ordered, but if we still needed it she could re-order. For once I felt sorry for her, I think she got overwhelmed and now realizes that she didn't handle it right.

ahhhhh....just when you think she's gone over the edge...she redeems herself. I think you are right she did what she could do without actually admitting guilt.

To be truthful, I'm glad it seems like the party is going to work out. The image you posted about her crying on boss's shoulder was quite unsettling. Politically, there's very little you can do to counteract that type of undermining.

She left to go to a seminar this afternoon. She spent most of the time she was here whining about how she didn't want to go. At the last minute, she calls her husband and reminds him that BIG STORMS are coming to the area and that he really needs to be careful. Now the man survived Vietnam, I think he can handle a thunderstorm or two. After she hung up she showered in the most awful smelling old lady perfume I've ever smelled and left. Yes she sprayed herself down in her cubicle. I simply turned on my fan to circulate the air so the rest of us could breath.

I think I ran into a relative of her's today in the grocery store. I had to walk down this aisle and I swear the man had taken a bath in his cologne. I thought I was gonna end up smelling like him the rest of the day.

The shower was wonderful. She got so many cute outfits. She gets to my gift and since the card was in the box, she wasn't sure who it was from. The minute she saw the Disney store box, she goes "Oh this is from Claire!"

Miss Info behaved herself during lunch, but the minute the boss started opening gifts she disappeared. I went to find her and she's standing in the kitchen on her cell phone. She paused her conversation long enough to see what I wanted and when I asked if she was coming back to join the party, she gave me the witch with a b look and a sarcastic "no"
