They came today!!!! Via e-mail, no less. Gotta love the electronic age. Still have to print them out and sign them though and MAIL them back to the Closing company (along with the certified check - UGH!). Here are the details for those that are interested:

My first trip home with DS, brother, along with his family of 5, and my Mom and Dad will not be until December, 2004 (although DS and I will be checking out AS Sports this labor day weekend -
).
I think I heard the weather will be absolutely terrible next December and the economy even worse than it is now. So anyone even remotely thinking about booking a grand villa at OKW the week before Christmas, 2004, really should reconsider.
Thanks again to everyone for your fabulous advice and encouragement. I honestly don't think I would have had the courage or gumption to go through with a purchase without everyone here.
