My Choices so far & Timing - Help

Ive decided where and what day i want to eat but need help in choosing the time.

I would love some feedback on my choices but also help with the times to book the meal for.

First night (A long day travelling but we are napping on the afternoon so we can stay up for jellyrolls)
Evening - Meal at Spoodles at The Boardwalk followed by Dueling pianos at Jellyrolls.

Second Day
MK & Water Park Day
Evening Meal at Ragan Road, DTD.

Third Day
Day at Universal Studios
Evening -Meal at Le Cellier, Epcot.

Fourth Day
Epcot Day
Evening - Meal at Wolf Gang Pucks Grand Café, DTD

Fifth Day
Breakfast Kona at the Poly.
SHOPPING

Sixth Day
Evening - California Grill within the Contempory Resort

I would really like to watch the fireworks around dessert time at the california grill, we are going in Sept, does anyone know a good time to book?

If possible we would like to watch parades and fireworks everywhere possible, can anyone help us out with times please?

Looks like you made some good choices!

My only suggestion would be switching your Le Celier ADR to the day you are already in Epcot and doing Wolf gang Puck on your Universal day... it just seems to make more logistical sense to me, but that is just my opinion!
