I know how hard it can be to lose your furbaby- I lost mine just over a year ago. It's still hard some days, nothing will ever replace her. I know it's not easy, but maybe you can take comfort in the fact that he's no longer hurting. If that doesn't help, you do have a huge resource of people willing to help in any way right at your fingertips. We're always here to listen!
's He sounds like a wonderful buddy. He had a wonderful life with you, and most recently, with Blackie also. His memories will be with you forever.

I am so sorry for your loss.
Losing pets is awful. We had one kitty that my mom got a few years before I was born. We had to put her down in 2008, at age 19. That one was really hard, especially for my mom because she had that kitty since before she even met my dad. We have a kitty who's been having kidney problems. She's about 15. She sleeps on my bed every night right next to my head, purring in my ear all night long. I can't imagine sleeping without my kitty
But her kidney problems do seem to be getting better!
