A quest kiosk is that big gray thing that you see in people's quest rooms. A person can load up the credits in it and make you do or say 1 simple thing to get the "prize".
A shopping spree is just what it sounds like. You tell the person what you want and how much you want and they buy it up the the credit amount that was agreed upon. Then they trade those items to you.
