I thought it would be fun to see everyones biggest pet peeve. I have a few to start off with.

1. Large groups of guests walking through the park shoulder to shoulder and if you don't get out of their way they mow you down.

2. Park guests that stop suddenly for no particular reason.

3. The astronomical increase in the numbers of motorized scooters. I realize some people need them for medical reasons but for the rest, give me a break. (When I was in college I worked at EPCOT stroller and wheelchair rental and on any given day maybe 3 to 5 wheelchairs were rented.)

I hope people respond, have fun.

kamakazi strollers who intentionally run into you....
..lots of those lazy infants could crawl around the park or their lazy parents could carry them ( hmm sound familiar??):) :)

People who wear their young children out then scream at them when they act grumpy.

People who throw gum on the ground-I know that is general but I stepped in gum TWICE this past trip and it is really gross-especially when you stick to the ground every time you walk. Ewww!

When people act as if someone in a wheelchair doesn't exist and literally step over them to get in front of them. It is hard enough to wheel one around, it's even harder to stop on a dime or merge into crowds.

I second the people stopping suddently for no reason and the killer strollers!

Add to these people who let their children run around like crazy wild children....I know they're kids and they should have fun, but have some consideration for everyone else around you, as well as for your child's safety!

Kids on leashes/harnesses...

When you're standing in line for an attraction & then all of the sudden a group of people come up to "join" someone standing in front of you.

Oh Lord, its the scooter issue. I don't know how old the OP is but when I was in College between 15-20 years ago I don't remember there even being motorized scooters that readily available. I am thankful they have them now so some people can go to WDW who might otherwise not get to. Also, never assume a healthy looking person in a scooter is healthy enough to walk. For those of you who get annoyed by all the scooters, get used to it because the baby boomers are beginning to get old and that means a lot more potential health problems in an aging society! Also thanks to modern medicine many illnesses/conditions don't quite kill you but you can't get cured either. So you can live your life with limitations like riding in a scooter at WDW.

My biggest pet peeve at WDW is that I have to leave and go home!

I think my biggest pet peeves are breaking in line and the vulgarity some people, even kids will use no matter who is around. I'm not trying to get high and mighty. I just wish people would remember that WDW is a family place and it is not appropriate to talk like that in front of young kids.

When someone talks on their phone through an entire ride (that was our exp on Its a Small World in May - he was right behind us on the boat)

People who take flash photo's on dark rides :sad2: without any thought for the other guests! So selfish and rude!

The flash photography on dark rides and people muscling in on your space (at shows, parades, etc) at the last possible moment are the two that make me the craziest. :)

People who think you take a child with special needs to Disney just to be able to go directly to the front of the line

People who get angry with you when you cant stop a stroller on a dime when they run in front of you (or stop in front of you)

1. People who stop in the middle of obvious
walkways or aisles to talk, look at maps, ect....
(Drives me CRAZY!!!!!!!!!!!!!)

2. Swearing. - So inconsiderate and vulgar and bad
enough in front of your own children, but don't do
it in front of mine!

3. Littering - Incredibly rude and plain lazy!

4. Long Lines - Enough said! :teeth:

Large groups of people who walk really really slow in front of you to the point that you cant go around

People who tell you they are ready to order but as you ask for the order they are still looking at the menu trying to decide (that means you arent ready)

Parents whose children run into people and no one says excuse me :confused3

I agree with the people who stop for no particular reason. I always bump dead into them (and yes I say excuse me :goodvibes )

I agree with Aimeedyan-CELL PHONES!! In restaurants, on rides, on a bus, in church-even in restrooms!!! What on earth is there to talk about that CAN"T WAIT????

hi
people who go into the parking lots and realise they are way down the end so park at the begining of the row, the attendants have a half hearted attempt to persuade them to move then give in and let them do it

Speaking as someone who uses a wheelchair, my peeve is people who come to a complete dead stop right in the middle of the street/sidewalk. Sometimes I can't stop really quickly and will get your heels. Don't get pissed at me. Move to the side and THEN stop, please.

Flash photography on dark rides.

People who talk during an entire ride.
