Hey Fellow Disney Forum Members,
Last week, I was on vacation in Los Angeles all week and on April 13th. My fiancee and I got to visit Disneyland. It was my first trip to Disneyland in a few years while it was her first visit. Anyways, I had time to upload the shots earlier today and I wanted to share the shots that I took at Disneyland plus I also want to share a couple shots from our side trip on April 16th, 2008 to Sea World in San Diego.
The day at Disneyland was hot. It was 102 degrees in Anaheim that day. My family and I got to Disneyland just after 10:00 in the morning and it was hot already at that time.
We started out at California Adventure which was my first visit since the opened the park. Although, I did get a walk through about 6 months before the park open to the public and I gotta say that it is a impressive park when it is fully fuctional. The first thing we did was get a fast pass for Soaring Over California which I am glad we did as the fast pases went quick that day. After we grabbed our fast passes, We headed toward the Grizzly River Run which was a fun ride indeed. We had 8 people in our party and we had our own boat which is always nice. Out of the bunch, My mom got the wettest while I barely got a touch of water. I was kinda bummed about that as I was already sweating. Here are a few shots that I took of the Grizzly River Run.
After we rode the Grizzly River Run, We still had about an hour and a half to kill so we decided to walk around and we decided to head over to Its A Bugs Life. Before we did that, I took a couple shots and here they are. The first shot is with me and my fiancee.
After we took in the Its A Bugs Life show. It was time to head over to Soaring Over California and I gotta say that it became one of all time favorite rides of any amusement parks. The ride was just incredible. Then, We decided that it was time to go over to the Disneyland side, But I took one more shot before we left California Adventure.
Now, It is about 1:00 in the afternoon and we hit Main Street and look what I have found. I spotted my favorite character. I was kinda disspointed that I couldnt get my picture taken with them as they were rushing to go somewhere. They are Chip and Dale
But I did get my picture taken with someone else.
After that, We headed for some of the main rides for the rest of the day. We rode the Haunted Mansion, Slash Mountain, Pirates, Jungle Cruise, Matterhorn, Big Thunder Mountain, and Buzz Lightyear. We stayed for the fireworks and we were hoping to stay for Fantasmic, But all of us were just too tired. Anyways, Here are some shots that I took of Disneyland.
Then on Wednesday, April 16th, 2008. We made a trip to San Diego to visit Sea World and here are a few shots that I took while I was there.
