My AMs are gone!

Friday I had over 1000 ams at Milesource. Today I have 0! Is anyone else having this problem?

I e-mailed them and will let you know what happens.

Your award miles may be there the next time you log in. You probably won't get a reply to your emails. I have been emailing them every day to find out why I only get 1 award mile daily even though I click everything that can be clicked and get the message that the award mile has been credited. This morning I got the standard email that said that I got the trivia questions correct but my award balance didn't change. Obviously there is something wrong with Milesouce.

Yikes! I hope you get that fixed up right away!! Sorry to hear you lost them, but hopefully it is just a glitch and can be fixed!!

They did reappear. However, I did not get any credit for clicking I did today.

I've given up on milesource (again) I used to do it daily until about a year ago, and then I started back up last week. I have been credited for a total of 5 points for all the clicking I have done over the last 6 days. I'm not a very happy camper. And they don't respond to emails either

Just as a note- I believe we are no longer having the 1 point only trouble but this is the way to check before you do it.

Click on the Lucky 7 first. If there is a big error in the top area of the Lucky 7 pop up window, you won't receive credit. Log out, wait a bit and log back in again. Try the Lucky 7 pop up again to see if the error message has disappeared. You have to hit another server. I don't think we have had it since Monday or Tuesday. I not so politely requested my missing points (between 100 and 200) but after that received no add'l replies to my emails.
