My 60+10 isn't working

This morning I had a hard time trying to make an ADR at 60+8 but it finally took. When I went to work, I tried on a different computer it wouldn't give me anything available past 60days. (previously tried on the app and home computer and it was ok at that time). I did online chat and I don't think they understood what I was saying. They told me that it would be fine. Clear cookies and/or try incognito (which I have done on both computers multiple times and still can't get anything past 60. I even made a dummy room only reservation and it did the same thing. I am supposed to make CRT tomorrow morning and I'm gonna be really HOT if I don't get it because this stupid thing isn't working properly. Any suggestions?
We ARE staying onsite and the reservations are showing up in the app and online

Do you arrive 60 days from today? ADRs don’t open online until 6AM. I’m awake to book now too.

Miracles happen! Everything worked fine, AND in the app. The website was super slow so i grabbed it on the app! I pulled up the world clock and refreshed a that hit 5:00am cst

Last night it wouldn't guff me anything past 60 days, not 60+1 or 60+7 (well within my 60 days because i had already made a 60 day adr)

Possibly try a different device? I’ve had to do that in the past.

Today I was able to book using the app on my phone.

I saw a lot of availability for our dates so hoping that means things are a little quieter when we’re there.

I've tried 2 browsers and the app. So frustrated!
I can see great times that I want disappearing.

Did you try updating the app? The app has worked better for me recently than the website
