I wanted to share a little project I did that I found on line...
Its a toilet paper roll mini scrap book.

This by all means is not my best work, and I def. did not have all the embellishments that I needed or wanted, I was just throwing something simple together with whatever supplies I could find in my scrap booking case, just as a test run....I used 4 rolls but I def. will add to it or when I do another I will use maybe 6 or 7 depending on how many pictures I want to use.

Oh and btw, I didn't use the toilet paper rolls on this one, i decided to try the paper towel rolls, because they were just a little more wider when you flatten them

This booklet, is about my DD Nicole the pictures are from last year because I am THAT BEHIND on my scrap booking, lol

And the tags that you see, I used to journal about the picture...

Here is the link to the pictures, I hope it works....

cute idea!!

And I'm all for recycling so double kudos from me.

I've been hoarding the starbucks cup cozies, I need to break them out and use them.

same thing. A quick coffee table album.

I think I'm going to start with our local Starbucks. They unfortunately closed so they had a big customer appreciation party. I took tons of pictures of all the staff because we were in there so much they all knew my kids and had our drinks started before we got in the door.

ahhhhhhhh i see, well good luck, have fun and don't forget to post pics!!!

Very cute. I believe I've seen the toilet paper roll mini albums before but not with the tags ... what a cute idea.
I guess I should start drinking hot drinks at Starbucks so I can get some cup cozies ... or maybe I could tell them that my hands get too cold from the frappuccinos I order.
I've also seen cute little books made out of circular drink coasters.

someone once sent me an adorable album made from CDs - all those free once you get through the mail, or pick up at the checkout now have a purpose!!

I think she made the hole with a cropadile - just one in each, covered them with paper and tied them with a ribbon. I've put it away somewhere safe:rolleyes1 but I'll try and find it and post pics.

I think the trick is to embellish the paper before you stick it on the CD, use very strong glue and smooth it out well.:thumbsup2

wow that is totally awesome!

you really need a good hole punch, i would love to try one that way, bigger pictures ;)
Thanks for sharing~

I can't really take the credit Marlynnp (I think) made it for me for a Secret Sister swap (and a cute one out of wood - goodness knows how :earseek:) I just cut the pics out using my CM cutting system. I think a cropadile should do it OK, but don't try an ordinary office punch:scared1:

i'll have to google cropadile and see what it says about what it cuts, thanks!
