My 1st Dining review with lots of Pix! COMPLETED!!

This is my 3rd trip, but my 1st dining review!

It might take a few days b/c school starts for me again Monday, and I'm taking more classes this semester, but I'll try to get it done as soon as I can

For those who want to know we did

Wow! As a list like that, it seems like we did nothing but eat

Sunshine seasons

On our 1st day, we got in a little before lunch time. Checked in, and headed straight to Epcot and right over to Sunshine Seasons for lunch. We're eaters and it was time to eat

i got the 2 entree and 2 sides meal from the Chinese Section, with Beef, and sweet and sour Chicken, with Rice and Noodles

My sister got the Turkey and Munster with Chipotle Mayo on Focaccia

My nephew got the kids make your own sub

My mom got the rotisery chicken, and this is the only pic of it I could find, you can also see our desserts. Chocolate Cake, Key Lime pie and a strawberry short cake

My food was ok, I wasn't really crazy about it, but it was edible.

My mom loved her Chicken, but not the sides so much. She said the mashed potatos were really good, but not the rice so much.

Now little sis on the other hand LOVED her sandwich. She was even talking about it today, and we got home Monday

I can only assume the kids meal was good b/c my nephew didn't say a word the whole meal other then to say "Chocolate Milk Gives me LIFE!!" (remember that phrase, it will apear a lot ) which says a lot b/c he loves to talk so it must have been good

Le Cellier

After a LONG hot day at Epcot, it was time for Dinner at Le Cellier. I couldn't wait! This was our 1st time eating there, and I couldn't wait after reading all the great reviews here on the Dis. I was really excited and was NOT disappointed!!

They had a Speacial (which I'm sure they have everyday, but it's still a Special ) where you get to choose 1 app from a list of 3. Cheese soup, Salad and something else I don't remember.
a choice of 3 entrees Herb crusted prime rib, mushroom Ravioli, and something I don't remember
and a choice of 1 of 3 desserts Chocolate "Moose", Maple Creme Brulee, and Sorbets (of course I remember desserts )
I don't really care for Pretzles, but I had to try the pretzle bread after hearing so much about it. it was like a really good soft pretzle, I'd eat it again, even though I don't really like the mustard taste of pretzles

Mom, sis and I all got the Special.
Sis and I got the soup. It was wonderful! A little spicier then I thought it would be, but really great

and mom choose the Salad

Mom and I both choose the Prime Rib

This was the BEST prime rib I have EVER had!! it was cooked to perfection (to me) and it melted in my mouth! We all agreed (well except sis) that this was the best meal of our whole trip. I would suggest this to anyone going to Epcot!

Sis got the mushroom ravioli, she HATED it. She couldn't even eat half of it. She didn't want to send it back, but she did end up eating half of moms steak b/c it was so big. More then enough to share

Mikey (my nephew) got the kids pizza. He didn't want a steak, weird he also got the kids soup

For dessert, mom got the Maple Creme Brulee. She loved it, but she loves Creme Brulee, so I have no idea how good it was

Sis and I both got the "Moose" it was so good! So much better then i expected. and Sis said it was made up for the bad ravioli

She loved it so much it spawned a song from my nephew called
"I feel in love with a Blue Eyed Moose!" sang like a country song

It was really catchy too

I really think DH and I will have to head to Le Cellier in April. I've heard so many good things about it! It has to say something when at 9:58 am prime ribs makes my mouth water!

Boardwalk bakery

We woke up early b/c we wanted to head over to the bakery before the line got crazy long. So we got there and all had the bacon egg and cheese croissants. Somehow I forgot to take a picture before we eat, but I think it had something to do with a certin monkey of a nephew I have trying to climb the rail to get a better look at the water My brother would have killed me if I had come home without his only child!

but breakfast was great! Flakey buttery crissants, well scrambled egg (the way I like them!) and tasty bacon not to crisp, but not too limp which spawned another "Bacon gives me LIFE!" from Mikey

After a crazy day at Hollywood Studios, and a crazy fastpass line for Toy Story Mania (which was awesome! but not worth an 85 min stand by) we headed over to the ABC Commisary for lunch

ABC Commisary

I had the Ugly Betty Cheeseburger and fries

mom and sis had the Lost fish and Chips

Mikey had the kids chicken nuggets.

we all got the Desperate Housewives dessert

My burger was ok, standard disney quick service burger, not great, but not horrible.

mom and sister hated the fish and chips. Mom wasn't sure if it was the tarter sauce or what but she said it had a funky taste to it, and Michael will eat just about anything you set in front of him so he was good.

Everyone said dessert was good, but I gave mine to my nephew b/c he didn't want his dessert.

This was the worst meal we had our whole trip, which means, they only have to get better for you guys from here


Pizza Planet

Later in the day, we meet up with family and had dinner at Pizza Planet, Sorry there are no pictures of this either. I stood in a really quick line and got all our food, I didn't notice that they forgot moms chicken salad, so i had to go back to get it, well by the time I got back, everything I had already brought up was GONE! lol I had no chance to get a good shot, so you'll just have to go by my word that it was good! For quick service pizza, we thought it was really really good, and mom loved her salad. plus you can't go wrong with rice crispie treat and chocolate chip cookies for dessert!

Spoodles

The next day we woke up early for our 1st day at Magic Kingdom, but you have to have a good breakfast 1st! it is the most important meal of the day after all! How else would we have the energy to tackle the park!

so we headed over to spoodles for our good start to the day

Michael wanted the pancakes with bacon, but as I'm sure you hear it coming "Bacon gives me LIFE!!" or so he says

Mom and sis had the All American breakfast. Scrambled egg, bacon, potatos, and a little poppy seed pastry

and Ihad the breakfast flatbread without the tomatos I believe

Michael loved his pancakes b/c like I said Bacon gives him LIFE

Mom and sis thought breakfast was good, but pretty standard bacon and eggs, and my flatbread was really good, but I think it would have been better with the tomato. It was good none the less though, and it was super easy to walk right into Spoodles without an ADR, we actually did this twice without issue.

We would eat here again in a heartbeat, and hope to try it for dinner next time

Cosmic Ray's

by lunch time we were HOT and ready to eat! so we headed over to Cosmic Rays since we were in the area, we had planned to have dinner here, but figured, egh, were in the neighborhood

so in we went. The lines were a little long, but they went fast. The only problem we had was the Condiment line! It was CRAZY!! People were litterly fighting to get to the cheese sauce trying to cut in line, but finally we got ours and sat down. Mom, sis, and I all had the cheeseburger and fries. Michael had the Chili Cheese dog and fries. He didn't like any of the kids meal choices, but wanted a dog so that's what he got.
Ok, I know that one burger had all the lettus and tomatos, but we spread the out one person didn't eat them all

For dessert, we got 2 choco cakes and 2 carrot cakes

Both desserts were really really good. I loved the carrot cake, and was told the chocolate cake was good too
