Someone else posted the same problem. They happened to be home when the UPS driver came by.
I agree with DMRick, Connections will wind up the loser, they're going to have to eat the shipping costs.
I can understand Connections wanting a signature (I would). I can also understand customer not realizing that something that can basically fit in an envelope might require a signature. I would think Connections would be better off telling people that a signature is required and suggesting delivery to a business address.
DMRick, I agree this isn't Connections fault BUT I think it would be to Connections advantage for them to take the time to let people know of the delivery requirement. Generally UPS/FEDEX can leave a signature release form. People accustomed to doing this may not realize that Connections doesn't permit this.
