I've just had a look and yes, the last 2 years it was in May. In 2009 it was on 1st May although I can't find the exact date for 2010. They are released for sale not long after the MNSSHP tickets. If it helps at all, the park hours are released at the end of April for November, which is when the party nights begin for MVMCP. So it would make sense that the tickets would be up for sale shortly after.
