MVMCP Should I even Bother???

A MVMCP is totally different at 11:00 vs. 9:00.
I just love ALL of the holiday stuff, so I won't miss it, BUT, I realize going in it's gonna be a little crazy 7:00 - 10:30

Lot of money for 1 to 1.5 hours of real fun, though, right?

I agree with the PPs who said that the party isn't really worth it if you can't stay for the whole time... especially since it gets less and less crowded as the night goes on.

We had CMs checking wristbands all the time... when switching lands, getting drinks and cookies, entering ride queues... we really didn't see many people at all without them.

I was actually surprised by how empty the rides were! I thought a lot more people would be hitting the rides but it seemed all the crowds were, as mentioned, near the Hub and Main Street (also in Fantasyland).

The party isn't worth it if you can't stay the whole time, and I even commented at the party that I would never, ever put out the money to do it in addition to a full park day. We were there on Sunday the 14th, have our wristbands checked several times, went and did a bunch of rides, and my niece and gf got second row for the 2nd parade. We watched Wishes from the hub. I thought it was great. I had read that locals tended to go on Fridays when offered, so we picked Sunday, and we got there at 4 and were on SM at midnight. Totally magical and worth it for us.
