Does this usually sell out for each date in December?

I was surprised that Tuesday Dec 4 soldout last year. We bought tickets on Sunday afternoon, when we arrived on Tuesday night there was a sign outside the gates saying "sold out". Fridays usually sellout first.

This year, who knows?

Travel and resort bookings are down and Disney is adjusting to make up for the loss.
