MVMCP Parking?

Last night we went to MVMCP, it was GREAT! One thing that I thought was strange was that the CM at the parking gate said that our APs were not good for parking because this was a special event. We had tickets waiting for us at Will Call so we only had a confirmation number. Combine our surprise with the fact that we had NO cash, we were in a tight spot. Luckily, the CM waved us through anyway. He was quite grumpy about having to explain to us the parking policy. The odd thing was that when Holly booked the party and I called to confirm, NO ONE mentioned the parking deal.

Is this right?

Yes it is. An AP gets you free parking during regular hours. Free parking is not valid for special events requiring a separate admission charge or special events that are not open to the general public. It is stated on your AP ticket sleeve.

Well, in hindsight that makes perfect sense. Just caught us by surprise.

We had the same thing happen to us at MNSSHP. And we had no cash. I asked if the gas station around the corner had an ATM and he waved us through.
