So this was our first time attending the MVMCP (November 21st). We had a nice time but it's not something we will do again (at least not anytime soon). We arrived after 4 so our first FP to PP expired at 4:30 so we missed it but no biggie the wait was non existent when we finally made it over there later. We ate at Sleepy Hollow then cleared HM, BTMRR, (to cold for splash) POTC, and Jingle Cruise all before 7. Grabbed some cookies and hot chocolate (1st batch was not good). Then headed to see Tiana and to the Country Bear Party. These two things were the highlight of our night. The CM playing Naveen was the best character I have encountered in my 32 years of coming to the park. He was so charismatic that he was even entertaining to the people in line while tailoring his conversation to the child/adult he was actually visiting with. Then on to the party those Bears were my biggest suprise of the night. I thought it was just something to do because we didn't want to see the first parade and we kind of got stuck in there but they made it worth it. They danced with everyone made everyone laugh. The kids loved them. The adults loved them. I was really impressed. They knew the old folks dances
and the new dances the kids do. It was awesome. After the parade passed we headed to catch PP and small world. Saw the fire works. Got some more cookies and apple juice. Then came the only issue we had. We headed to get a spot for parade but we had to wait 15 mins to head to main street (I forgot they have to inspect castle after fireworks) but we lucked up and a whole family left a pretty good spot as we walked up (9 of us). There were two young adults in front of us and some nice people with kids next to us. Literally 2 minutes before the parade was supposed to start a woman walked up and said to one of her friends here is a spot for three of them and was about to put her kids right up in front of all the other kids and the two young adults that had the curb. She didn't ask if it was ok or anything she was just going to sit them up front. I heard people mumbling about it. Honestly it didn't effect my kids view but I'm just not the person to not say something and I was polite. I said ma'am these people have been sitting here for almost an hour waiting for the parade. You can't just put your kids up front. She went on a rant about them just being kids and where is the Disney magic. My two problems is if you had asked they may have let you squeeze your kids up there but also just because the two people in front of my kids were adults why is their experience any less important than your kids. They obviously cared about seeing the parade or they would not have made it a priority to get a great seat. At that point everyone thanked me for speaking up for them. And after the parade we headed toward the exit and caught the talking mickey with a 5 minute wait. So all in all a great night. I do want to try the MNSSHP next year though.
Lastly my question is what is the best way to notify Disney about the two amazing experiences I had with Naveen and the Country Bears?
Thanks
