MVMCP dining at QS and Dining Plan

Have quick question.

We plan on doing a quick dinner around 7pm at Casey’s corner or Paco Bills’ during MVMCP. Are they serving full menus during party nights and do they accept dining plan?

I thought I might have read somewhere the menu was limited towards holiday themed food.
