Going to be hitting WDW for a long weekend arriving 12/3 evening and leaving 12/7 afternoon.

Does MVMCP really mean that there will be no night parade or fireworks in MK without paying another $350 per night for our party of five adults and one child ?

Doesn't sound all that magical to me. :sad2: :sad2: :sad2:

Sorry, don't mean to sound whiny, but DS6 loved MK at night, and will be bummed to be herded out the gate at 7:00 for not having the Very Magical arm band.

Spectro Magic (the nighttime parade) is only on certain nights all year long. As for Wishes, last year they still did Wishes when the park closed for day guests (before MVMCP) and then a special Holiday Wishes during the party. I don't know if they're doing that this year, but I know they did last year.

If you'll be buying tickets for your weekend trip (not an AP holder) you might want to consider buying one less day and getting the party tickets. Then you could be at MK from 4 till midnight for the party, see the special Christmas parade, Holiday wishes, the Castle Lights and all the other special shows. :santa:

Hi. Last year at the Christmas party, they did the fireworks twice -- once before the park closed to the regular public and again much later in the evening for the Christmas party. There was a parade during the day, as usual but the only nighttime parades were for the Christmas party.

This is exactly what I was going to suggest. That's what we're doing on our trip in 2 weeks, with MNSSHP. You can get in at 4, so if you add on a late character breakfast in the morning- say 10-11ish, and some swimming in the afternoon, you'll be changed and ready to hit the parks at 4!! :cool1:

That's our plan! :goodvibes
