MVMCP, 4 day ticket, and off site. Any issues here?

Hey guys,

First time booking the fast pass in advance, so bare with me here.

First, staying off-site, so no magic bands, no 60 day window.

Second, Have a 4 day magic your way ticket, as well as a night booked at MVMCP. (Nov 15th)

I have booked my fast passes for 3/4 days at Disney parks, as well as fast passes for the Christmas Party.
They are linked up on My Disney Experience.

Booked the Christmas party tickets online, sent to email. Assume I have to exchange them at the ticket booth/guest services before we go into the park?
When we do that, how exactly are the fast passes transferred to our Christmas party ticket?

If this is basic stuff, apologies folks, it's all greek to me right now.

Because your MVMCP ticket is linked to your MDE Profiles/lines, the hard plastic ticket provides the link to it at the Party entrance and the FP lines.

The hard plastic ticket is equivalent to a MB - it provides the link to all your data. No need to stop at Will Call.

You don't have a plastic ticket linked to your MDE for your 4-day ticket??

If you don't, then go to any ticket window or Guest Relations to get a plastic ticket.

If the 4-day plastic ticket is linked, that plastic ticket is all that you need to enter the Party and the parks.

No we booked online recently with the deal for Canadian residents. We have linked our 4 day ticket to MDE, but we don't actually have any plastic tickets yet.

Okay, so we will go to a guest relations/ticket window to get our plastic ticket. We can do this a few days before the party if we want?

Yes; take your Confirmation # paperwork for the tickets and the CC you used along with your Passport and pick up your ticket. There's Guest Relations at Disney Springs if you are there before you get to a park.
