This is my 1st time to Disney with kids (my last time was in 1993!).
The kiddos are 8, 6, 4 and 1.
What are the absolute must do and sees, and those better left till they're older?

The Playhouse Disney show at MGM is a must for the little ones. We took or 2 year this summer and he loved it.

Also the "The Festival of the Lion King" at the Animal Kingdom can't be missed. In my opinion the best show in WDW.

I have to vote for an "oldie but goodie"...Small World was my ds's fav. dd liked Buzz Lightyear and Playhouse Disney. She also LOVED fantasmic

I have kids 8,6,4 and we just went. They loved it all---I'll tell you favorites and the ones(very few) that they wished they hadn't done.
Favs:
DD8: Rockin'Roller coaster and Primeval Whirl
DD6: Space Mntn. and Peter Pan
DS4: Jungle Cruise adn Buzz Lightyear and Big Thunder
All of us: Mickey' s Philharmagic ::MickeyMo and Soarin'

Avoid: DD6 cried on Honey, I shrunk the Audience--A big snake comes out
and DS4 cried and screamed on Dinosaur---way too scary for him. (I hope I didn't scar him for life :) ) DD8 said she didn't like Test Track at all, but went on it twice more and still stuck to her story :goodvibes
Donald's Brakfastasurus was the best meal for all to enjoy--lots of laughs.

Your 1 yr. old will like most of these and anything with a height requirement, you can baby swap. She/he will love Dumbo and parades.
