We don’t plan on spending a lot on food at on our trip, but would like to do at least one TS meal that isn’t too pricey. What do you recommend as a not to be missed dining option? Can be at any park for any meal.
Thank you!

Do you have kids traveling with you? If so, you may want to consider character dining.

More info. is needed. Do you have kids? Are they picky? Do you have only adults? Are they picky? What kind of food do you like/hate? How much do you want to spend? Do you want fancy or simple? There are a lot of factors. It's all very subjective, my must do might not be the same as someone else. I can guarantee it isn't because I like to try new food, don't really like to go where the crowd is and don't mind paying a little more. I'm not a big steak eater, prefer pork or chicken, my son loves steak and seafood. Having said that, we enjoy Tiffins at AK, Hollywood Brown Derby at HS, just about anywhere at WS in Epcot, Citricos at GF, Calif. Grill at Cont. Heck, one of my favorite meals I've had on property was at 3 Bridges at CS, which is not a signature restaurant.

The steak prices at Steakhouse 71 are some of the best on property. I just ate there last week. The atmosphere is very muted, but the food is very good. Easy access by the monorail from MK.

two parents, 18 year old and 15 year old. not sure if people are super keen on character dining and also not really sure if it’s worth the price.

Not sure about the cost if most of our favorites are more expensive than any others I think some pre-fixe or buffets by the time you add everything up to what you might get if a la carte was offered would be the same or save money but here is our list:

MK - Tony’s, Be Our Guest, and Liberty Tree Tavern.
Epcot - Coral Reef, Chefs de France, Tutto Italia, LeCellier, and Space220.
HS - 50’s Prime Time Cafe and Hollywood Brown Derby.
AK- Rainforest Cafe.
Disney Springs - The Boathouse
Wilderness Lodge - Whispering Canyon Cafe breakfast.
Animal Kingdom Lodge -Boma breakfast or dinner.
Yacht Club - Ale & Compass breakfast.
