Music for Ceremony in Italy

We are planning on a wedding next November with an early morning ceremony in Italy, a brunch reception in either ADH or Ariels and an IllumiNations Desert Party. Checking on the Disney wedding site, it list DJ's - which is what we are going to do for the reception.

I am curious about music for the ceremony in the Italian pavillion. I really want to walk in to "A Dream Is A Wish Your Heart Makes". We are not sure about what other music we want at the ceremony but we were wondering how they get music to the ceremony. I really do not want to put the music on an Ipod or something like that and have someone be responsible for playing the right songs at the right times.

For those brides that had their ceremony in Epcot, what did you do for music?

Hi! What you do is rent a sound system and a sound tech for $750. You give your WP 2 copies of a CD on which you've burned all the songs you want played, and the order + song names are in your BEO so they happen the way you want.

We're getting married in Morocco, and all our music is on CD. I am going to make an excruciatingly detailed songlist to go with the CD so they don't screw it up!

Thanks for the reply. I'm glad that that is what you do. I would hate to make anyone responsible for that - and maybe play the wrong song.

For our ceremony we had a quartet and then a DJ for our reception. Sorry I can't be of more help. You will definately need the sound tech or the sound will definately get lost. Talk to your planner about early morning tours like the Segway. Also realize that people may be walking around your cermony. We were back in the gazebo at the UK pavilion, and we had our own security force directing people away from our ceremony. The international gateway is open at that time for those people staying at the EPCOT resorts.

Thanks, we have done the Segway tour twice in Epcot in the morning and I always wondered if there was a wedding going on what would they do with us. Last time we did this was July 4th of this year and there also alot of high school kids doing some sort of film project - they were all over the place.
