We just returned from WDW :(
We had reservations with Murray Hill. We got into Orlando 5 hours late :crazy: Plane delays & canceled flights (Delta)!! I had called from Cincinnati to say that our plane was delayed & was told that they would keep track of it & to call to let them know if our flight number changed. The plane actually ended up getting canceled & we were rushed to another plane that brought us to Raleigh. I again called Murray Hill & they already knew what flight we were going to be on. We were happy:Pinkbounc :bounce: to see them waiting for us when we finally got to Orlando :teeth: On the return trip there was a different driver waiting for us. Both drivers were very friendly --- would use this service again :)
 
Thanks for posting, I am glad to hear this as we are flying out in a few days time :Pinkbounc ! I have just emailed to confirm with them once again. We are hoping to buy our Annual Passes at the Disney Store at MCO so I've also asked them to allow us an extra 20 minutes to get that done, hopefully it will be okay! We have ordered the electric cooler from them also which at 45 dollars length of stay I think is an okay deal.

I am just setting aside money now so we can pay for our pick up and wondering...when figuring the tip for the driver, do we add in the cost of the cooler beforehand? I'm thnking yes since he or she would have to handle it, it may be big and bulky...

kristina --- I guess that I would of never thought to include an extra tip for the frig - and I'm a waitress.
When tipping, I would divide the tip between the trips -- we had two different drivers. We tipped more for the trip to the hotel because we had the grocery stop along the way.
Have a wonderful trip --- Remember the Magic!!!!
 
We'll be using Murray Hill in December - and its great hearing all the positive comments!!! We're so excited!!!

They let you do that? I need to buy one but figured they wouldn't wait?
