Murray Hill Transportation

Anyone have any opinions about Murray Hill Transportation? They sound great, by looking at their website. I like the idea to rent a stoller for the week from them, the grocery stop(they ask you not to take longer then 30 minutes, but don't penalize you if you go over a minute or two), very informative site.
Anyone use them before, good or bad?

I just booked them for my Sept. trip yesterday. I emailed Marie several times with questions and usually got replies with one hour. Seem to have there stuff together. I booked online and got confirmation the next day.

I look forward to using them in Sept.

As I posted on another thread, we just used them over Memorial Day week and they were great. Our flight was 1/2 hr late and they still encouraged us to take the time we needed at the grocery store. They had a booster seat for DD6 and brought a van for the 4 of us so we werent' squished at all. I would definietly use them again, and would recommend them to others.

Only problem we had was our confirmation kept getting filtered out by our mail server, but a phone call to Marie fixed up everything.

We used them in March. They were on time and he was very pleasant. We would use them again if we needed.

Thanks for responding. Glad to hear such positive feedback about them. I just booked today. Marie was very nice and helpful. I too e-mailed her and she responded back within an hour also. I did e-mail Tiffany's and FL Tours and neither one e-mailed me back at all. I e-mailed them weeks ago. That is why I started searching for another transportation company. It made me a little nervous that the other two didn't respond to my questions.
