Mummy Closed Until May 21st??

Screamscape is reporting that the Mummy attraction has closed. It may not reopen until it's listed open date of May 21st (grand opening) according to Screamscape. That would be terrible since I will be there next week.

Sad, but true. We're going to miss it too but that just means we'll have to plan another trip soon.

My group of 4th & 5th graders will be at Universal on Sunday - we are going to be in Orlando for the Odyssey of the Mind Competition ( you can see old post to know what that is all about) but we were REALLY looking forward to getting a soft opening ride on Sunday - will that be a possibility????

I was lucky enough to be one of the last people to ride it on Saturday before it shut down until May....it was AMAZING!!

Does that mean it might be open sometime between May 4 - 11, 2004? I sure hope so. If not, we're already planning an October trip but we'd definitely love to ride it this trip too. TIA for any information.

OK...closed this week and next week but possibly, maybe, hopefully open the week after that??? Any slight chance of riding anytime between 5/2 and 5/8???

It will most likely be closed during those times as well. I wouldn't expect anything sooner than the 16th, but things could change...

We were there on Saturday night too. We must have seen you in line at some point. We kept riding and riding. A few times as a family and then in the single riders line. It is just awesome!
