Multiple tickets for one person and MDE

I'm not sure if this is the right spot but I'm sure someone will move me if not

So I have a non-expiry ticket from 2006. I had a 10 day, 5 plus ticket. Used up so much and when I wasn't gonna use it all it was suggested to me by a disney representative to purchase non-expiry.

So when I bought the upgrade I asked her to write down what was left on the ticket onto the receipt. She wrote down 5 PH and 2 plus.

I'm now on the phone (and it must be difficult because it's been taking him forever) to get my ticket linked to MDE. He told me it only shows 4PH. Needless to say I'm not impressed but not like I have anything to fight on.

SO the real question is: If I buy a 1 day pass (not PH), can I have it so that my magic band uses the 1 day pass first and then uses the Non Expiry ticket after. I really want the park hopper for the last few days mostly. I know we won't be PH the first day.

Yes but you have to visit guest relations to have them prioritize the ticket you want them to use first BEFORE it is scanned for entry.

That would be the “hotel concierge.”
You can ASK, but they have a different computer system.

The original CM may have been wrong so unless you know FORE SURE then Disney is just doing their job so there's nothing to be "unimpressed" about.

You can have guest services prioritize your tickets.
You can do it at Disney Springs if you rather not go to a park to do it.

Well, one of the two CMs must be wrong, so "unimpressed" is correct.
