Multiple SW Ticketless Funds ?

I have mutiple confirmation numbers with ticketless funds on them. Does anyone know if you can get them all combined on one confirmation number for easier tracking. Or can you use mutiple refunds to book a single trip?

I've used multiple refunds to pay for a trip. I don't think you can get them all combined.

I believe you can use up to 4 ticketless funds for a purchase. If you have more than that.....just make two separate ressies and then you can use 4 for each. One thing to keep in mind, however, once you use the TTF's....if you need to cancel the ressie you used them for all TTF's take on the date of the one closest to expiration. I never realized this until recently when I needed to cancel a ressie.

You can use up to 4 per ressie, so if you have 8 and 4 people flying I suggest doing it by 2 people on each ressie so you can use all your funds.
Then if you really want to all be on the same reservation number cancel those and get all on one reservation number, by using the 2 new numbers that you just created.

Thanks for the help! I just made a new SW reservation and was able to use up credit from 4 canceled reservations. My DH will be so excited - we are off to see the Steelers and Browns play in November!
