We have ressies for 3 rooms in POFQ.
When I call to confirm and to make my room requests do I have to ask them to keep the rooms together? All three rooms are on one ressie. Would they split them or do they automatically block them for you?
Also - Please can someone remind me when to call for requests is it 4 or 5 days prior?
Thanks!

Call CRO and have your requests noted in your reservation. Then you don't have to call. Also mention that you would like your 3 rooms together.

Unfortunately the CM that took my ressie did not put down all of my requests.
I asked for:
the rooms to be together
first floor
a specific buiding
and a crib
The only things she noted were the 1st floor & crib.
I remember calling a few days before for our last trip.
I know that's when the rooms show up.
Wouldn't it be a waste for me to call now? Or do they have this happen all the time?

With the number of faxes that the resort receives now you would be better off to have it noted in your reservation. That way when they pull up the reservation your requests are there instead of looking at faxes. Many resorts aren't granting faxed requests anymore.

You also need to prioritize your requests. They may be able to grant 1-2 but maybe not all. I would think it dpends on the time of the year you are making requests. We have always had very good luck when checking in with requests.

Thaks alot for the heads up!
First I've heard of them not granting the faxes.
I guess I'll call after I read the trip reports to find out best rooms.
