Multiple room check in at Contemporary

We have 3 rooms booked in December at CR. My husband and I are taking care of each room for our children and their families. Can one person check in for all three rooms together? I'm curious if they are doing online check-in how this would work being rooms are under three different names. We have requested rooms be near each other.

I did a trip not too long ago involving four rooms where I needed everything to go on my card. Probably some other ways to handle this, but here's what I did. Each lead guest on the four rooms had a MDE account.... one was mine and I had the login name/password for the other three. With control of their MDE accounts I did online check-in and entered my credit card information for each room. The name on the credit card does not have to match the name on the resort reservation.

Was pretty easy/worked fine for our situation. None of my group really charged much of anything on their MagicBands, but obviously in the setup above my card was on the hook for any of their rooms charges too (which was fine in our situation).

If doing in person check in one person from each room needs to go to the front desk.
If doing online check in and each room receives a room ready text/email or MDE shows the room number then there's no need to go to the front desk.
If doing online check in and the room ready text/email or MDE showing the room number does not happen then one person from each room will need to go to the front desk.
