Multiple reservations for one stay.

[DISNEY FIX]

We have a 2 week stay over Christmas thru New Years. The first 6 nights are all under one res number the other nights are all consecutive but all diff res numbers. All days are a Prem Campsite. Do I need to do online checkin for all ressies...will I have to check in out multiple times...can someone merge the ressies to one number?????Any help would be appreciated.

Yes, technically anything with a reservation # needs to be checked into and out of for its respective date(s). This also means you could have a different camp site for each number. I would call and try to talk to someone about the situation, see if you can somehow get things merged and also be able to stay at the same site for the duration!!

At worst you will have to check out/in for both reservations but you won't have to move if they are they same type (Premium). When you check in the first time ask what the CM can do. They do pre-assign campsites but they also easily change those pre-assignments so they will keep you where you are for the second one.

I would call regularly to try and get the two combined so you dont have to move sites, it usually takes a little work but it can be done.

Hopefully your park tickets are on the first reservation. Otherwise they won't give you your park tickets until that reservations check-in. We added a few days at the front and back of our Christmas trip a few years back and I couldn't get park tickets until our core reservation check-in date.

We are Ap holders...I called a couple times and the best I could do is have the CM denote on every single ressie that we are continuing our stay and they will see that. on the ressie. Well see what happens. Thanks for the help.

We are here now on two reservations, I went to the Outpost to check in and out but they had linked both stays and it was a useless trip.

Well....got to the fort yesterday...9pm.....lady at drive thru check in said I would have to, check in and out all 6 separate reservations......whom should I speak to because I won't be here a couple days to check in and out. Scupper any help? I have been back to speak to anyone yet.

1) If the ressies are linked, you should be OK.
2) Go to the Outpost and check on it.
3) Linked ressies work the same at campsites as they do at resorts.
4) We do this ALL the time.

EDIT: Forgot to mention that different types of rooms or sites cannot be linked. However,
you said that all yours were Premium, so you shoud be fine. But, you do need to check it,
just in case the linking wasn't done.

Up and out to the outpost...and said i am, tring to make sure my res are linked, sorry you have to come back and check in each day . I try not to be a jerk.....ask again about linking reservations...that won't save you from having good to come back. Next step?
