Multiple copies

Hiya Folks,

So yesterday I was lucky enough to get 4 copies of the DIS newsletter, and 'What's new on the DIS' email. I am subscribed, and that is fine, but I got 3 of the emails to my home email (the one I am registered with) and one email to my work email (which I used to be registered with, but have since changed.) How would I go about getting pared down a little so I only get 1?

I just checked my email at home (the email I have registered currently with the DIS) and I rec'd 2 DISBoards Monthly Newsletter, and one DIS Newsletter and Discounts, but they look virtually the same. I also got one of the DIS Newsletter and Discounts at my work email (which I had originally registered with, but changed about 4 months ago).
