Hi everyone!

We are going for 12 days next May. 9-20. Since you can only buy 10 day tickets, but we want 11, after using one day of the current tickets can we add a day at the discounted rate? Or can we only have up to 10 days total?

I am Canadian, not sure if that makes a difference?

Even after using one ticket we can not add another?

Not at the discounted rate as you would get if you went from 8 days to 9. They'll be happy to sell you another day, but it'll be at the price of a one day pass. My recommendation is to either just have a resort day, or if you really want something "Disney" to do, add the Water Park option. Personally, we love the water parks. Plus that will let you have days were you can do both a Disney park and a water park in the same day.

A water park day is the obvious choice. Others include a day (or two) at Universal or other Orlando attractions, or even heading to the Kennedy Space Center or Busch Gardens, renting a car if necessary.

Since you'd be back at the full price point again, I would consider all of the other things to do in Orlando.

Just be glad you aren't going to DL, where the longest ticket without buying an AP is 5 days.

I echo the suggestions above: add waterpark or visit Universal, Busch Gardens, or Sea World.

Thanks everyone. We are staying at BC again and don't feel the need to do a water park. And we have a pool day smack in the middle of the week. The kids wanted to ride splash mountain as soon as we arrived, I would consider adding the ticket at $10 a person, but not paying $100 a person to ride just splash (we arrive a bit later). We will just hang out at Fort wilderness or something. Thanks for the replies!

Ask at your Disney resort concierge or guest relations at a park. Some have been able to add a day as long as its within 14 days. But some have not. So have a plan B just in case. No harm in asking.

Have a great time either way!

EDIT: Finally found a thread talking about this. Read post #13.

Another thread. http://www.disboards.com/threads/regarding-adding-days-to-10-day-tickets.3510740/

The 1st post talks about it being done at Beach Club.
