Oh, so you're looking for additional locations at the resort? I don't actually know, but I would doubt it. I have never been to CSR, but broadly, refill stations are usually only at the resort counter service location / food court and near the pool. Some large resorts might have refill stations at more than 1 pool (I think SSR has this at 2 pools now).
