If you are at a value and got the free quick service plan then yes. Free regular DP no. I believe you get one on the deluxe plan as well.

Regardless of how you get the plan (free dining or paid normally), all of the dining plans except the basic DDP include the refillable mug.

of course...we are on the reg. dp so no mugs for us...that's the way my day is going.....

I'm sorry, I am not understanding what everyone has said ... we are going to WDW in December. We are staying at a value resort, but got a pin for free dining (the 1 TS, 1CS and snack). Do we get free mugs?

I'm a little thick at times ... this may have been stated ... I'm just not getting it. Fran

It depends. If you are getting the basic dining plan free (at any resort, value or not), the mug is not included. If you are getting the QS plan free (i.e. you booked at a value resort through the fall general public free dining offer), the mug is included. If you upgrade free basic dining to deluxe dining, you then get a mug included. If you upgrade free QS dining to basic dining, no mug.

To make it short, anytime you are using the basic dining plan (1 TS, 1 QS, 1 snack per night) you do NOT get a mug included.
