Hi Don,

I have spoken with Phillip at GKTW. His phone number is 407-***-****.

They are thrilled at the prospect of receiving your bike and thank you for your efforts on their behalf.

They want you to know that they can not actually use the bike(s) in the village, but they have a sale a couple times a year. They sell donated items and the money earned is used to enhance the Kid’s experiences.

They would be very happy if the bike(s) could be delivered to GKTW, but if they can not be delivered for any reason, you can contact them and they will arrange for someone from GKTW to pick them up.

I working very hard on getting in shape so that I don't let you guys down. The only thing I have going for me right now is that because I was a swimmer in high school I suppose that I could swim my way through the mud pit.

Anyway, I look forward to doing this and continuing to get into shape so that the next time I compete, I can really compete and maybe win!

My father (now passed away) is a marine. I understand that.

And Paul, you are one of the coolest people I have ever met. I honor and repect you, but you know this. This race is a really big deal for me, and I really appreciate all the support and muddy threats!

I am tough and tenacious, and I will push myself until I cannot walk, but hoepfully it won't come to that. I plan to take my training to a new level as I keep getting stronger each day!

Good day today....kinda. Got a decent tri and shoulder workout and ran 1 1/2 miles in just over 12mins. Bad part is I was dying and cramping. Hopefully it was just from the previous days of bike/basketball/football.

Hey Everyone: I'm just checking in to report my training. I did my long run today - nice slow and steady miles. Yahoo! It is beautiful here today and feels great to be outside. Have a great weekend team.

Okay. So I went home last night after work and I walk one mile and ran .50 miles.

I did pretty good.

I am a little sore today in my shins and legs, but not bad. I decided to take a day off and rest.

I plan to run every other day. Is that what you guys recommend?

She could only get white shirts, hopefully that is okay. If you would all rather get something a little more colorful, we can order them from GKTW or design our own online. Thoughts??

That works Don. It's very generous of your family to give us the shirts. If you want we can wait until we meet in Orlando to get the shirts, that way you don't have to pay for shipping. Just a suggestion, but either way works.
