Has anybody else tried to call today. I have several times and each time was told"Your wait is over 15 minutes". And all I'm trying to do is cancel DME. You can't seem to do this online.

They were closed yesterday, plus they are dealing with MDE IT problems.

My wait at 10:30am was 35 minutes. The call took about 3-4 minutes.
 

Thanx to both of you. @ weird happened when i did get in touch with DME.
!- My reservation with them had already been cancelled ,the CM I talked to could NOT tel me when or by who:confused3

2- And I'm guessing it's because our wait list came thru,BUT our reservation # for OKW was changed.Wouldn't we have gotten an emil with the new # had been sent to us:confused3
 
I cancelled an AP discount room when my points reservation came through. I asked the cm about DME, he said it was automatically cancelled when my room was cancelled and I needed to rebook with my points reservation. I e-mailed member services and it was taken care of.
 
Yes, there are all types if issues with the new system...for instance wait list coming through yields everything with the other reservation being canceled...dining and DME. I wish they would send out an informational email with those small details! We are breathlessly awaiting if our luggage tags arrive in time!

i have tried to call MS many times throughout the week and always get a notice of a long wait. I needed to renew my AP so I could make FP+ choices for my January trip. I would've done it online if it was possible, so had no choice. I figured I would call late in the evening thinking it would be quieter....tried many different evenings. Last night, I was feeling like I really needed to do this, so bite the bullet and tried to stay online for the 15+ minute wait. After 30 minutes, I hung up. So this morning I tried and called at 9:05AM. I had a 10+ wait. I got my issue done and got my willcall and linked already to my DME, but really. I would've preferred to do this online. I'm guessing the phones are busy because of the FP+/linking issues and many questions. I had a room request, but sent that via online through MS.
