Ever since they updated the site with the 2015 dues I have been unable to access the "Dashboard" section of the site. I have tried on Chrome, IE and Firefox, and I have cleared cash and cookies. When I click on the link, it just takes me to a blank page.

Any one else having this issue?
 
Currently working fine for me using both Chrome and IE.

With Chrome, I do tend to get a lot of white screens on both the DVC and MDE websites. I haven't had the white screen issue with IE.
 
It must be something with our specific account then. Not only have a used different browsers, I've used different computers at work and home. Guess I'll have to call!

I contacted MS tech help and they said they had to escalate it as it was a known (but not common) issue. They said it would be 3-5 business days, but that was I think on Boxing Day I touched base with them and they have had shortened hours over the holidays. If I don't hear anything by Wednesday this week I may try them again. It's still not working no matter what browser/computer I'm using.
 
Thanks! Well at least I'm not alone. :thumbsup2 I did the same as you - different browsers, clear everything up...no luck.
 
Just to update this...after two calls to MS on December 24th and January 10th, I'm still not able to access the dashboard.

They gave me the same spiel (change browsers, clear cache and cookies), but it's still just a blank white page for me. Both times they said it would take 3-5 business days for them to update me, but so far no one has contacted me, I've only made the contact through the two phone calls.

It's kind of frustrating because I like the dashboard page where I can see everything in one spot. Every other aspect of the site works.

Any other ideas? do I email member satisfaction?

Wouldn't hurt. That's what I would do since the 3-5 business days have gone by without a contact or fix.
