MS wait today??

Anyone know why MS is so busy today?? They are currently on a 15 minute wait. I went on the website and requsted ME for my trip in December but did not get the computer response that they got the e-mail so I am afraid it did not go through. I want to call to confirm but it has been really busy tody.

I've called twice this week and had wait times of at least ten minutes each time. I was surprised too as I couldn't think of a reason why it was so busy.

They were closed Monday for Columbus Day holiday and apparently closed Tuesday for a member event. They are probably backed up with the overflow from missing those times.

I called today as well and got the same message... the good news was that it was really only about 6-7 minutes before they picked up.

They were open on Columbus Day and no problem calling for my DBD reservations. I called them Tuesday, twice, and no wait. They called me at home Tuesday afternoon and left a message for me to call them on Wednesday (because they were closing at 2:00PM that day). I called Wednesday and straightened out an issue. I never had more than a 3 minute wait yesterday and got straight through all of the other times. Not sure why there's any wait, if you're booking at the 11 month window that would be September and if you're booking the 7 month window that would be mid-May, both pretty uneventful times.

Your right I got through with no wait to make a ressie on Monday ,today no such luck... calling back soon.

We were open on Monday, not closed. I wish we had been closed... I like holiday pay.

We closed at 2 on Tuesday for our Town Hall meeting, and it was busy the rest of the week due to that. Today, however, there was very little wait after 2:30. We normally have high hold times up to 3:30 or 4pm on Saturdays.
