MS Open on Saturdays?????

I sent an email request yesterday and just received a response back (the email is dated Sat 4/10 at 7:59AM). I just thought that was really strange since MS is not open on Saturdays.
I am really excited that we got a one bedroom at BCV for a couple of nights in May. This will be our first time using our Points as a family (I have been a couple of times without DH).

No they aren't open on Saturday or Sunday. In any case, that was pretty fast turnaround! They may have processed it yesterday and the system sent the reply this morning.

It is not uncommon for the email staff to work from home off ours. I've received replies the same night when sent after hours and on weekends when sent well after MS closed. One of them told me she was working from home and did this at times.

I also just received an email from MS today, Saturday, timed at 16.27 British Summer Time, which I believe would be 11.27 EST. I was very pleasantly surprised, especially as it confirmed my 2 day reservation at Vero Beach
