MS Early Hours for Cruise bookings 10/14?

FYI - There are a limited number of MS Advisor's trained to help book cruises. That may be the reason to the extended wait time.

From what I read on the cruise board, some of our waits were actually much shorter than for those who were calling DCL directly!

we got what we wanted - category 4 on the 7/30 Dover to Barcelona cruise. only had to borrow a few points from 2011. Hoping we have enough left to book on the new ship in 2011!!!

I was on hold for 2 1/2 hours total. Called right at 8:00am but somehow my call got into the wrong que at MS. At 9:00 a 'regular' CM answers my call and tells me she has to transfer my call to the cruise line que. Then I sat in that que until 10:30. All together I was on the phone for 4 hours including the wait times mentioned above.

It was all worth it...we got exactly what we wanted!!!

We are on the 14 day WB TA cruise that sails on 9/18/10. We booked two rooms since by Brother and his Wife are going with us.

Our reservation is for a Categoy 7 room. Our exact room is on Deck 5 in the Aft. I hope that is a good area. If anyone else has stayed in that area I would love to hear your comments...both good and bad!

Now I can't wait for 2010....but in the meantime I will have other wonderful DVC vacations.
