I called just now as well and was told to call back later - that they'd be open till 10pm and if the computers came up they could help. Open till 10? I didn't know they were open that late for dining reservations.
I meant that the 407 number CM said the system was down.
Just called and was told it was not possible to make any changes to DME or dining as EVERYTHING is down at WDW. Call back later was the suggestion the CM made. First two times I called I got a recorded message the last time I spoke with a CM as MS and asked for the DME number. That is when she said the whole computer system for ressies of any kind was down.
Seems as if all of Disney is experiencing some sort of technical issues...you can't get on the DVC website or the regular Disney website either. Strange.....what is going on down there?
You may have a ball park idea but personally I think its a number you put out there that you hope you hit so that the users have something to keep them from being totally unhappy.
And hey it'd be great if this was to put in new features (for us) but I doubt it. I wouldn't be surprised if a system upgrade (for them) has gone awry.
