b. I ate lunch in Japan i have the Tonosama Combo which was Teriyaki Chicken, sukiyaki beef, and Mixed Vegitable Shrimp Tempura. I also had some funnel cake from Colonel America. I had Chocolate sauce covered Crepes

c. Tonosama Combo: 7.99$
Funnel Cake: 4.99$
Crepes: 4.99$

d. The tonosama combo was excellent for the price they give you a big helping of food i would recommend eating there. The funnel cake while not being the healthist thing ever but was excellent. Crepes were really good i also got the chocolate sauce just because i'm a chocoholic.

Our final stop was at beachs and cream which i can flat out say has the best sundae ever called No Way Hose which i highly recommend

OK, where were the deep fried oreos and how did I miss them last month?

Great reviews so far - can't wait to read the rest.

We attended (some of us) a cooking demonstration at The Odyssey by Chef TJ from Boma. He was FANTASTIC! He made the coconut curry chicken with rice, and each guest in attendance received a nice sized tasting portion. He said he wanted the flavors to explode in the mouth, and did they ever! As a special treat, he ended the presentation with the fried oreos. He said they are not on the buffet at Boma, but if you ask for them, he will gladly make them for you. They were out of this world! And TJ happens to be the dad of one of my students who was on the trip. We had a great time watching him cook! SO--fried oreos were not on the menu at any booth, but were a part of a cooking demonstration on Friday 11/10.

Multicultural Literature

I ate from an Japanese restaurant I am not sure of the name , but I know I had the Shogun combination which includes sheddred season beef and chicken w/ white rice. I like the beef but the chicken and the rice wasn't that great at all but on my way to the trash I saw Megan and she ate the rest so no food was waste and I feed an Hungry child.

Then at 3:30 the class met up and went to Beaches and Creame i had an old fashion cheeseburger that was really good and a scoop of carl's No way Jose and one chocolate chip cookie. Overall i had a great time and had a great group!

I just wanted to say thanks to all of the students for excellent reviews. You did a terrific job. My wife and I are going to WDW next month and will dine at some of the restaurants you recommended.

I am most impressed with Megan, as she seems to be the most adventurous
eater of the bunch. AND she was the only one who didn't comment about
the No Way Jose at Beaches and Cream. (Yes, I've had that sundae.
Yes, it's very good. But no way, Jose is it multicultural. )

The reviews are fun to read, though. I also learned something new.
I learned that I can request fried Oreos at Boma!

d. On my Epcot "eating around the world" experience, I sampled tastes of China and France. Each one was unique and excellent. First, I stopped by the Lotus Blossom Cafe in China where for around $10 I had a gourmet Shanghai Grilled Chicken breast on top of freshly steamed white rice and peach oolong iced tea. My favorite part of the meal was the beverage, I ended up going back for refills. The dish felt like a real part of the Chinese eating experience. Next, I stopped by France in the World Showcase to finish off my meal with dessert. I headed to the Patisserie where I was greeted with an array of colourful French pastries and a very attractive waiter.
I decided on the Lemon Tart; it was about $4 but it was pretty big and tasted amazing. Altogether, the trip was great, the food was affordable and delicious, and I highly recommend both China and France when sampling food in Epcot's World Showcase.

On our field trip to Epcot I ate in China and France. In China I had the Orange Chicken with rice at the Lotus Blossom Cafe. It was filling but not that good it had a little to much sauce for my taste. Plus it was $6.95 for the meal which to me wasnt really that reasonable. Then in France I went to a Pastry place called Boulangerie where I ate a Strawberry tart. It was really good. It had a crust with some sweet creamy stuff and a bunch of strawberries on top, and a hint of poudered sugar and at a reasonable price of $3.21

I love food...

My favorite thing from the food and wine festival was the Crème Brûlée au Chocolat from France.It was amazing.The caramelized sugar on top was the perfect touch to the chocolate custard on the inside.It was worth the $3.75.please try it,it was amazing.

Upon the many tasty treats i had throught the day from the many food booths around the park, I found that China was country that took the cake for best dinner entre's. I ordered the orange chicken with rice.With the preconceived notion that the chicken was something similar to the food from chinese takeout that I usually get, I was surprised with the level of flavor diffrency that this chicken had over previous I've tasted. This orange chicken was perfectly cooked, and with the perfect amount of orange sauce. The flavor was so aunthentic, I can still taste the exquistite taste now at home. This food made me never to want to eat chinese takeout ever again. With the portion of food being great, and the cost being low at just $7.95, it really was a great deal. With great assurance, I recommend everyone to go and enjoy the taste of China.

I ate in several different countries: Japan, Mexico, France, and Italy.

Japan: Orange Chicken and fried rice- delishish, good amount for price which was around $9. =]

Mexico: Chicken Quesodilla and nachos - smaller serving size, about 4 bites, not really worth the $4 and change, but tasty. :|

France: Chocolate Mousse, Cream Horn, and Chocolate Eclair- all very sweet, high in sugar, delishish, all three for around $10, not bad for true french pastries. =]

Italy: Sausage Pizza- not that great, $4 and change for a sqaure 3-4 inch by 3-4 inch piece of pizza. =[

Hey Everyone!

Let me just start off by saying that this is one of the funnest field trips i've ever been on, and that I tried a couple EXCELLENT dishes! Also, let me apologize for the lack of photos on my part, as I had problems with my camera, but I assure everyone reading this that i tried EXTREMELY hard to get them posted.

The first dish that I sampled was a unique dish from China: chicken sha cha. It set me back only $3.50, but it was absolutely worth it. The chicken itself was salty and delicious while the sauce coating it had a sweet and spicy note, making for an excellent combination.

Secondly, I tried a selection of cheeses from Dublin, Ireland. All three cheeses were well presented and went well with the apple chutney and brown bread they were served with, although the young, soft cheese on the bottom was my favorite, as it wasn't quite as strong as the others.

And finally, I enjoyed an order of spicy tuna roll, which was probably my favorite of the entire day. While the texture of sushi always throws me off, I still thoroughly enjoyed this succulently spicy bit of heaven, and it's a must-have if you visit this year's food and wine festival!
