MR: what time does boarding begin?

I believe it depends if the wonder is on time returning. I know our MR cruise was really late into port.....Im sure those on the cruise after us were late to board

That's true. We were late returning last week, didn't even exit the terminal until 10:00. The ship had waited nearly an hour in Cabo for a missing passenger (who got left behind!) which makes it late returning to LA.

Was this since the new port arrival time was implemented? It's my understanding that they don't even open the parking/drop-off until (at the earliest) 10:30 now.

You can get into the lot (past the person at the entry gate) early if you are picking someone up. In that case, you just circle around the outside of the lot to go to passenger pick up. Once you are in the World Cruise Center terminal area, you can go into the parking lot (with automated ticket machines) whenever you want, can't you?

I was responding to the comment that Imb made about arriving at the pc terminal at 9:30 and getting an early boarding card.

AFAIK, you are correct about the LA parking lot.

But I'm not sure, if you are really early, how that would be handled in LA.

Ahh, sorry, I misunderstood that you were referring to PC.

In LA, they allow people into the lot early to pick up. If you consider that disembarkation can range anywhere from 8am -11 am, you can get into the lot pretty darn early. The only concern would be that you are paying for extra hours/extra days if you arrive early.

How annoying I have another question.

I have received my documents before finishing my on line check in.

I do not have a time to board on my documents. Or even now.

Will I be able to enter the terminal, or will I have to wait?

Last January, I didn't have a boarding time/window and showed up early and was able to just walk into an empty terminal.
