Mr. J Cricket, I need your help, Please!!

My daughter, keypooh90, and I are still having trouble logging on and off of the boards. Right now I seem to be the only one able to post. When I log off and she logs in, we get the "Welcome Back , Keypooh90" message. We also get the cookies cleared message. However, when she tries to post, the message says "you aren't logged in." We keep trying, to no avail. I did manually delete all DIS cookies and cleared my cache. Still no luck! Can you offer any help????

Are you by any chance using an aol browser? If so, try minimizing the aol browser and visiting the DIS using Internet Explorer.

Thank you so much for the suggestion! Right now it works to minimize AOL and then go through Internet Explorer to get me logged on. Let's hope this keeps working!
